Each card is precision-cut from premium mirror-grade material and individually printed with archival-quality ink. The process requires specialized equipment and expert craftsmanship to ensure a flawless finish that lasts.
Our design team can help prepare your artwork for printing. We'll work with you to ensure your design meets our specifications and looks perfect on the mirror surface.
Like any mirrored surface, light surface scratches can develop. Because THALEA cards are designed to be carried, used and enjoyed, some natural wear is to be expected.
The printing is applied using UV-cured ink that bonds permanently to the surface. It won't fade, peel, or wear off with regular use.
Our minimum order is 100 cards. This allows us to maintain our quality standards while keeping the per-card cost reasonable.
We provide a digital proof before production begins. Once approved and printed, all sales are final due to the custom nature of each order. However, if there's a product fault (excluding design and variations in colour) on our end, we'll remake your order at no charge. If you require very specific colours during printing, please include a Pantone colour
